Individual Psychotherapy
$160 per 50 mins
I work collaboratively, compassionately, and non-judgmentally to build a space with you where you can feel welcome to show up exactly how you are. Together, we can slow down in this hyper-fast world and carve out time to process your emotions, thoughts, and experiences to lead towards meaningful change.
Relationship (Couples) Therapy
$180-$240 per 50-80 mins
I am trained in Levels 1&2 Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I happily work with monogamous, non-monogamous, queer, and heterosexual couples. This is a space to help you move through conflicts in your relationship, increase communication skills, build intimacy and friendship, and receive support to process betrayals such as infidelity.
These services are covered by private health insurance plans that reimburse for MSW/RSW therapists.
Why video therapy?
Research has shown that therapy via video is just as effective as in-person. I have used this platform since 2020 and highly enjoy its unique comforts. You can make yourself your favourite tea, cuddle with your pet, and ease your mind from the stress of transportation.
My cat Jezebel may also make an appearance. She’s a great secret keeper.
Supervision & Consulting
$160 per 50 mins
Providing supervision and consulting brings a lot of joy into my practice. My supervision style is highly collaborative. I enjoy learning about you, your unique approaches to therapy, and finding ways I can best support your learning goals, honing your strengths, and identified areas of growth. I have extensive experience supporting new therapists, seasoned therapists, those looking to advance their careers, and build their private practice.
I use the critical reflective practice approach to supervision and consulting. I find this approach useful for deepening self-awareness, advancing skills, building confidence, and moving from judgements to acceptance and curiosity.
My leadership, teaching, and supervision experience:
I have extensive experience directly supervising new social work students, recent graduates, and seasoned therapists across different disciplines. I’ve directly supervised MSW students at the Centre for Addiction & Mental Health (CAMH) and the Jean Tweed Centre. I’m part of an interdisciplinary peer consultation group that meets regularly and I attend trainings often to keep my clinical knowledge fresh and relevant.
I held a long-term role as ‘expert hub member’ for Project ECHO Ontario: Addiction Medicine & Psychosocial Interventions through CAMH. I acted as part of an interprofessional group that provided consultation and teaching to participating health care providers across Ontario. Participants included physicians, psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, occupational therapists, pharmacists, case managers, and peer support workers.
In my roles at CAMH, Jean Tweed, Toronto District School Board (TDSB), and Addiction Services Thames Valley I developed group treatment programming for work shops, psychoeducational sessions, and material guides on topics related to addiction, mental health, & women and trauma from AOP, harm reduction, and trauma-informed care lenses.
